This is a short guide on how to post a picture in your forum posts .

The first thing you need to do is have a place on the internet where you can store your pictures. There are a number of hosting sites.  As an example, we will use photobucket.com as it is free and easy. 

First off sign up for an account at photobucket.com 

Sign in , you will be presented with a screen like this .

Click on choose files and browse your computer for the picture you wish to upload. 

Once uploaded you will be presented with your album.  Now would be a good time to create folders to keep it organized. 

Now we need to get the code to insert into the forum.  The code needs to follow this format [img]http://link to your picture[/img]

Photobucket makes it very easy!  Just click on the IMG code area and it will automatically copy the code to your clipboard when you click on it. 

Insert this code into the forum where you want your picture to appear and submit your post.

Please take note to keep pictures to an 800 x 600 resolution for everyone's viewing pleasure.  Images can be easily resized on Photobucket once uploaded with the edit button on the top of the image.
