Nope! I run Linux exclusively. Yes, we have ut2004 available for AMD64. :p

But we don't have an actual Linux client for Ventrilo, just the server. According to the Ventrilo download page, the Linux client is "in development," meaning "you won't see it soon." There seems to be a way to run a Ventrilo client within Linux using WINE. I'll give that a shot, and if it doesn't work out, well, there are juuuust enough folks using the in-game chat to make me happy. :)

Yea...I know about WINE...but alas...it does not play with the GSM Codec that our DW Vent server uses....I fear that to hear you I am doomed to suffer the horrid in game chat audio! Arrgh!

And as for the Ventrilo noobs ever releasing a client version for Linux...::rolls eyes:: That has been in developement...for YEARS!! :\

Hello Nightmorph! Welcome to the forums, its always good to see new peeps here and on the servers. Perhaps the last version of Vent will work better with Lixux users, so KK can hear ya better....
