Maybe I could answer your question. It seem that Trowa medic level was the highest. And Unreality is catching up soon. Since Trowa is focusing more on AM. Realistically the only high level medics playing include, in rough order,
Trowa.MM
Unreality
Camisado
Redeemer
I think Killakat is about 180 now, so If that's considered high enough, then he's on there to. I may have left someone out, if I did, please don't feel offended.
Maybe I should play my medic more, I used to be right behind Trowa.

In my opinion i think level 200 and above are. That just ham.
Im sure there are other inactive higher level medic or other class around.
