Well, it's not bad, and would actually pass as rap if not for one acute flaw in your lyric design. And that is, that you forgot to drop in needless amounts of profanity and street slang. For instance, it would read better as:

Down in the hood we call MM1,
Playas be whackin' dem slobs fo' fun.
You gotta get down with some homies up the hill,
or dem blow-smoking gangstas be gettin' up in yo grill.

You been blastin' dem <female-based obscenities> wit' da MP5,
and dem west side medics been keepin' you 'live.
But it's time fo' the devil step, wave sixteen,
and those damn 'dren masters been high on green.

You're unarmed, alone, yo' homies is dead.
You can't come half-steppin', or you get played.
The Invasion Continues. Yo' crew is smoked.
And they pick some damn cube on the map vote.
