Kick voting

Had a problem with a player for the past couple days. a successfull kick vote was placed against him and guess what happened? he was able to just immediatly come back in. Just thought i would let you know this. I would think that if someone got kicked the intent would be to remove him from the match at least.

Yeah kick voting is hard to do in the first place, usually people just want to play instead of take the time to vote, or vote for the next map. I've never actually seen a vote work even though there were many votes to kick a person. I see your frustration to finally have a successful vote, then they come back in lol, kinda funny too though. Anyone have ideas to change it?
