I can't get the textures to scale properly.

When I use terrain editor, and the scale tool to expand the terrain. it just goes blury and doesn't expand properly.
The textures are sort of checkered looking, like Ant stated.
So I want to expand the textures to look more realistic... but can't, they don't look right, when scaling.
What am I doing wrong?

Can you take some screenshots? That might help understanding your problem.

Thanks,
But it's ok, i figured out the problem.

Problem is my mouse is lazer, and sometimes does umpredictable things like jumpin to one end of the screen, and so it was streching the texture too much horizontaly, etc...

It's fine now.

Instead of using the scale tool, you could edit the terrain info properties, go to terrain ---> layers. Find your layer number, and increase the U and V scale. 2 will double the size for example. Just another option you could use if your laser mouse becomes a hassle.
The difference between successful people from others is
not in the lack of strength,
not in the lack of knowledge,
but rather in the lack of will.
