Not sure if this is the right place, but Twinkle_Toes is aimbotting on the ONS server right about now. I demoreced him, I can try and post just the demo or try to figure out how to convert to .avi.

Nice. 3 days, 34 views, and no replies.

Last night I was the ONS server again. This time there was a botter, Melvin, and 2 DW members, Achilles and OMNI. I was in spec watching Melvin spawn raping and going holy shit by bunny hopping and spamming link secondary. I was calling him out, LOLing, and asking the DW guys to get him kicked/banned or go get someone who could. I admit I was making quite a fuss. I would've joined vent myself and try to get someone, but I don't have the pw. Omni told me to "provide proof" or quit crying. I found this request amusing since this thread was still sitting here unanswered. I told him I did (referring to this thread). I mean, why the hell should I go through the trouble of making and submitting another demo when I don't even know if it will be answered. He told me to "just tell Toxic then". I told him I didn't have the vent pw or I would.

Seriously? Neither one of these DW guys could've went in to spec, witnessed this guys blatant aimbotting, and banned him or got someone who could? Instead, I'm told to "provide proof"? wtf?

I recognize that this is a 6 year old game, this server is probably under funded, and that there's just not as much love for the game anymore. I don't expect the server to be actively policed. I don't "expect" anything. I would hope that if I go through the trouble to post a demo it would be at least answered. I would hope that in the situation I described above that 1 of the 2 DW guys on could have did something...anything.

Not all DW members have admin rights. In fact, most dont. Aimbotting is not taken lightly around here. This issue will be addressed. Relax. Thanks.

OMNI is not a DW member. Achilles does not have admin rights. Vent is the best place to get us, and the password is spammed in game every few minutes.

We'll take care of this. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

I was not aware that OMNI was not a DW guy. He was wearing some sort of DW tag and the way he answered led me to believe that he was DW.

I didn't assume that Achilles did have admin rights, I just thought he could either spec and vouch for my claim or go on vent and get someone with admin rights. Achillles did leave part way through though. So, he wasn't there to witness all my fussing.

I used your "vent setup" thread to get the vent info. I thought it said to contact an admin to get the pw. I honestly didn't notice a message with a pw in spam vikings. :sblush:

I understand you need a demo to kick or ban anyone, but here's Melvin's stat page. I will get a demo of him eventually. I have absolutely no doubt he's using and aimbot - complete noob movement, snapping all over the place, and getting holy shit kills on foot.

I apologize if my tone was perceived as mean spirited. I was agitated after not having my post answered, dealing with Melvin, and my exchange with OMNI.

Sorry d1Rt, I saw this post Monday and did watch your demo (was conclusive IMO). I meant to both find out if someone had dealt with it and to PM you with info/questions, but I got sidetracked and it slipped my mind (been busy lately). Sorry for that. I'll PM you with the vent pwd, and I'll check out your other demo. Thanks for keeping an eye out and for taking the time to demorec.

If it's relevant, Melvin's been banned from Omni:

Usually a screenshot would not be enough for an offense such as this. But after going through his record... An average of 600 FPH over barely 2 hours in iCTF? Riiiiiiiight. Edit: Taken care of.

It's relevant if UTAN is still active and if Arsenal UTAN banned him. If not, we'll just have to catch him ourselves, as I'm pretty confident he was botting.
