We ban on the spot for botting on very rare occasions. I was waiting for the demo tape for the 100% incriminating evidence. It has yet to surface.
I have been accused of botting more times then I can remember as have alot of the DW members. I had demo records submitted on me once when I was aliasing , made me lol .
Take it as a compliment and move on. If someone is hassling you tell them to demo record you and submit it to us otherwise STFU and play. :thumbright:

If Minster's 50 ping or below and got skills then that's gonna be the equivelent of a Godlike bot, no cheating involved at all.
I too been accusing of botting so many times(me thinks most veterans run into that at one time or another) I lost count and it don't bother me but it's taught me a few things. I too have accused people of botting but then discovered it was just my bad latency. When I fix my latency issues(settings issue in UT, and some windows optimizations), the problem went away and people that felt like they were Godlike suddenly just felt normal.
Someone with high ping and still nailing all his shots i would suspect, but if you got bad latency (you can have good ping and still have bad latency) it still can feel like he's botting but he's not.
All this teaches me that sometimes it feels like someone's botting but they really aren't. Sometimes it's just because you got bad latency. If someone's got good ping, like below 70, and they got decent skills, they are going to nail almost every shot anyway, so forget about accusations there. i play on servers where almost everyone is below 50 ping and you get fragged instantly every single time you run into someone, like playing Godlike bots. No one's botting, everyone just has good aim and good ping, and that's life in UT.
If suspicious, recording a demo sounds like good advice to me.

Funny because I've been accused of botting too in ONS but never in TAM or DM. This really give you an idea of what kind of players are dominant in ONS... NOOBS!!! :scool:
