I checked out your map last night, I've generated a list. Here are the important things on that list.
The monsters spawn way too close to the player spawns. Players have different loading speeds, and the game frequently starts without them being ready. Monsters will kill the players even before the person finished loading the map. Either you move the player spawns in a safer location, or move the monster spawns much further back.
The pacing of the map is definitely unbalanced. There were far too many monsters in the beginning, and too few at the end (unless you adjusted the monster spawns based on number of players).
The counters were unnecessary. They spam the console, and I didn't bother keeping track how many are left since there were a lot of monsters to keep track of. You can simply turn off the display message to fix this. Instead you can display a message when all monsters are killed if you want. "All Skaarj are dead." for example. Use scripted triggers -> display message for this.
There are not enough monster spawns for the monster spawners. When I kill a monster, another takes its place in the exact location. You should add more monster spawns to make it more unpredictable.
Due to frequent respawns, the monsters spawned right on top of me numerous of times. It can get annoying when you cleared one section, turned around to kill a monster, then turn back to see that same section you've just cleared seconds ago covered in more monsters. To fix this, you can have either less monster respawns, more monster spawn points per factory, or set a minimum distance threshold (DWMonsterSpawner.ThingFactory.MaxDistToNearestPlayer)
I wasn't sure how to disable the first shield (by first objective). I've completed all monster counters (caco demons continued to spawn though). I got tired of looking so I just jumped around the shield on the left side. You should extend the blocking volume further left to prevent this.

Good thing you mentioned it. I forgot to fix it when I was completing the map. The shield is lowered by killing a monster (Cyberdemon)just in front of the shield (first objective).I wasn't sure how to disable the first shield (by first objective). Well I made the changes. I spread the monsters out individually and took the counters out except for one or two. And I added more monsters at final objective. But you can edit the monsters or whatever to make the map work better for the server.
