these are all the required files to play game offline.
put files into respective folder, replacing/overwriting other files.
once you do that, you can't play online, so simply, re-install UT2004 into another HDD or partition (so that you have 2 copies into same computer. or instead, make a fresh new UT install into the new partition, and add the following files.

steps:
1. install UT2004
2. apply cd-key
if you want install MegaBonusPack
if you want install patch 3369
3. extract all files into respective folders, overwriting files
4. start UT2004.exe -> Instant Action -> DWMonsterAssault
go to Mutators tab and add (4) : AmrilMutator, Monster Assault RPG, Monster Threat Mutator, MutONSVehicleFix.
go to Maps tab and choose map
hit Play...

I have noticed that You have RPG Expansion here but aren't using it (abilities and magic weapons (Burning, Freezing) in .ini). Makes me wonder what's the reason for that.
Also: can you roll piercing weapons with this build? I have their class inside RPG Expansion while this build seems to try getting it from M AS RPG, where I haven't found such a class in my build (I think it's actual given it lets me play on ME server and dates seem to match with redirect.).

using it on not relies on the cfg files you have into \System directory.....I provided the files (even for expansion).....
if someone wants to play necro, just go to my other link and download the ini files for necro class......(estimated downlaod time: 1-2 sec)
ps: I dont even bother offline (or online) with necro and mech class.....but they do work. i always build or force-build a zerk or pala or support.
here, i provided all the files, the whole directory,and how it should be installed........aka......i can extract all directory in my UT installation folder and start playing ME offline within 60 secs.
skills you specify must be in the cfg files in system directory:
DWMonsterAssault.ini
DWMonsterRoster.ini
MonsterAssaultRPG.ini
if you or someone wants to use the expansion (2 extra classes), can do so by replacing with the fixed ini files I provided in another topic...in the resources.

I basically provide here all the files (latest versions) to be able to 1. play offline, 2. map, without missing files and crashing in editor.
ps: ye, i got it all working in my system, although I dont use it to build characters, but to test maps offline...
so, dont ask me skill or class specifics .....

but no, i dont check if i end up rolling piercing modifier weapons or not....

ps: all files can be overwriting by updated/newer versions of the files (no conflict at all)
so, if you have newer versions of some files, let me know.....its simple overwriting process.....
or if a server update occurs today, Ant only needs to specify which files are added (new) and which are updated.
if you need anything regarding map files (dependencies) for playing, so that maps will emulate exactly the same as online, let me know, although these are all I found and all maps work (for me) offline.
