Just got a response from Hourences, map is good to go for an edit. Edit should be ready on tomorrow since i still have to fix the lighting the map scale screwed up along with some emitters.
Yes there will be several "Hidey Holes", Although none will be perfect. Gotta have some risk :P.
Unfortunately this map is made up of all static meshes. The only thing i can shut off collision for is the plants, and some accent objects. I may have to place it on the test server to make sure the collision won't be an issue (as they are calculated on the server and the player).
