Finally!

I can't wait to actually play it.

I think this would be one xmas gift opened long before xmas, as who could honestly wait if they even suspect they have it wrapped under a tree? I'd unwrap it, take out the dvd and key, and re-wrap and be quiet....lol

p.s. perhaps selling a UT3 gift box detector wand to kids who want to scan their wrapped presents would be a good money-maker this year....lol

Does this mean i gotta install vista for the dx-10 goodness?

Trailer looks kind of dark and colorless.
I hope they're not borrowing brilliant ideas from Doom3.

There will be non-humanoid critters this time?
I guess I haven't been keeping up.
OPENSUSE LINUX 10.3 (X86-64).
Playing ETQW until a UT3 Linux client appears.

I think that the colors have more to do with the medium you are looking at them with than anything else. I watched the trailer on my PC in HD and streamed somewhere on my mac. The streaming version looked very ce shaded to me. I had to go back and rewatch it on the other computer to reasuure mysef of the graphics.

I believe that there have always been non humaniod characters as part of the Unrea Series.

So when is it time to build . They are releasing this right before the holidays , the time of year when things are up in price all the way around it seems like . I don't know if this holds true for building a rig or not .

I'm always about getting the best bang for my buck whenever possible.

So the question is do you build early , wait for the demo so we get some damn system specs , or do some of us just hang out with ut2004 till after the holidays.

Or do all we put on our christamas wish list to the family is parts from newegg .

Reserve your demo now ....ut3 demo

Is there even going to be a demo? I haven't heard one mentioned and it would be a *very* short demo period if the full release is a definite for mid Nov.

I'll be very glad to be proven wrong on this one. :tard:

unfortunately...it may not be november. i just read on gamespot that it might get delayed. they weren't sure that they'd be able to make the november target. hopefully it's not delayed too long.
