Also, maybe the 'Looking for the maps from the server?' link should be changed to point there; I noticed sections for all the UT2k4 servers were added recently.

broguht this up with 40 shards on our recent PM conversation, for some reason when I click the thing in the downloads file it starts UT2004 and makes a deathmatch. It doesn't appear on my maplist.

Make sure you place the map(s) in the map folder in UT2k4. Place the extra files or resources (if any) to their respective folders (ie: staticmeshes goes to staticmesh folder. Textures to texture folder). If you need to see if you're missing any resources, you may always open the map through the editor & a message will appear if you're missing any resources.
When running UT
Be sure to uncheck "only official maps" on the map selection menu in UT2k4 to enable custom maps to be visible on the menu ;)
