Just a note...

I would recommend strongly that you do NOT extract any of the DWRPG related files from your cache. These files are subject to change and they -do- change often. If you leave them in cache, then the server will take care of sending you the new files. If you un-cache them, you -will- get version mis-matches and then have to manually track them down in your folders and delete them.

On a similar note, if you have installed any skins that coincide with the monsters on the servers (say the Raptors, for example), you may also get version mis-matches.

Lol i do know what u guys r saying but my problem isnt solved like this, i did try all this stuff multiple times

but.. say the file is randomfile1

it will be on my screen randomfile1 0.0% and stay like that for like 30 mins straight until i give up :D

You could try to remove all the DWPack1F revision in the cache and see what happens. Better yet, just clear out he cache and maybe that will fix things. (You could just rename the cache folder, then put another folder by the same name in its place, then see what happens when you connect. YMMV...
