I have The Orange Box as well. I played the first episode of HL when it first came out and LOVED it but I haven't played the second episode of HL or Portal yet. TF2...eh. It's ok but I don't think it's as great as everyone else thinks it is. :P Don't shoot me. ;) Maybe once I had more achievements it'd be fun but I just feel like I'm running in circles doing nothing. I do agree with Taz though..L4D is awesome.

HL2...just as quirky, strange and intriguing as its predecessor! Portal is a scream...umm...in a twisted sort of way...cake anyone?? And TF2...it IS very fun, Pixie! :D The hard part is deciding which character you want to play...I love the Soldier, Scout and Engineer...but I suck at Spy and Demoman! Love the fast pace..and like any shooter/objective based game...knowing the maps makes playing much more fun...give it some more time...you'll see! Besides...how could you not love a game where the biggest, baddest dude in the bunch says stuff like, "Don't touch Sandvich!" ;) Also, we can round up some peeps and hit the achievement servers and get you all buffed up in no time!

PS. Fraggy, we'll be waiting! ;)

Meh...now I have to check how much avail space I have on my HD and look into re-installing that cursed game. Hard enough to find the time / energy to clean me house let alone my HD. :compress:DW_KarmaKat wrote:PS. Fraggy, we'll be waiting! ;)
But if steam even gives me even an ounce of trouble I'm flushing the disk down the toilet...! :pukeright:

I was bein fascetious...I just hate steam and the idea of having to install a separate program just to be able to play a game online. I don't wanna have a "community" or see a list of all my other steam games...I just want to load up the game and logon to a few favorite servers.Tazcrosblade_ wrote:who needs the disk anyhow?

Plus it seems that you can only have 1 steam account per CD key...balderdash say I...! :pukeright:

Ok...I successfully installed steam and TF2 on my comp and navigated over and got my poor little pyro head bashed in by karma's baseball bat. After playing a bit on a couple of different servers and also after a short visit to an achievement server I must admit that I am once again hooked. <shuffle>
The game still makes me laugh everytime I play it and working with a good team is always rewarding.
Even doing achievements is great after a hard day at work (something very satisfying about setting a whole room full of bots afire). :cyclopsani:
Are there regular days where people play on the DW TF2 server or is it kinda a random thing? Would be fun to go up against some other clans or play together on another server.

Does anyone know if you can create custom text keybinds in TF2 similar to UT2K4?
Ex. "Incoming Sewers", "Intel Spiral", etc.
Also does anyone have any keybinds to automate some things like toggle crouch..?
