Missing a file: A_Announcer_BP2
I'm assuming this is a sound file. You should save an additional copy of your map (I'll tell you later). To convert ambient sound to mylevel, you should highlight the sound files you used in the map. Right click, rename them to mylevel.
Note: by doing this, you may find that the original package will be edited. So when you close the editor, do not save changes to this package.
But when you renamed the packages, you'll automatically convert the sound files in your map to mylevel.
To double check if you done it right, you should go to your ambient sound and read the entire file name. It should be emitting sounds from mylevel instead of Announcer.
If everything looks good, close the editor. Do NOT save changes to A_Announcer_BP2. Then reload the map. I did experience two rare occasions by converting ambient sound caused my map to fail (It would crash every time I would save or even autosave. By default, the editor will autosave the map every 5 minutes). If you're capable of saving your map, you should be good to go.

Isn't it easier and quicker to just delete all ambient sound and place new ones?
I'll just do that Ant, saves a lot of time...

Missing a file: A_Announcer_BP2
You'll know when your map is not dependent on this file when you reboot the editor. Go to your sound browser, and A_Announcer_BP2 should not appear in the dropbox above the all button. If you still see it, click on it, then the sound browser will display a list of all audio files that you used in the map.
Looking at the map through the editor, I notice that you have the entire terrain still. To speed up the performance, you could use the visibility tool to remove bits of terrain players will not be able to see.

Please elaborate some more about the sound, I don't know what I'm doing... maybe cause it's late, and I'm tired.

I did what you sugested, and the drop down menu shows all the Ut default sound packages.
I don't know what you mean that the anouncer package shouldn't be there...?
I don't know the solution to this problem.
Can you help me here?
The map loads fine with my editoe, and actually game play.
I don't know why you are having this problem with the sound, since the map works fine.
I wont edit anymore default maps, if I'm going to have problems like this...
Nothing like starting fresh, so you know what's in the map, and what's not.
I feel like giving up with this map.
EDIT:
I'll leave this map... it's scrapted.

I have two UT installations. One has all of my and other's custom content. The other is simply a fresh install of UT (no custom content...excluding OSM gametype). It's an easy way for telling what maps are dependent of what, and if this file is not on default content, not everyone will have it. Then when it goes live, the people who don't hunt for maps on their own time, will not be able to connect "Server refused to send A_Announcer_BP2". Some people may be able to connect, but not all.
The dropdown menu also displays all files that is in use or has been placed in the map during your mapping session. Refreshing this list will require a reboot in the editor.
I'm looking through this map in the editor. I didn't find any matinee scenes or scripted triggers that could be causing this, but I did happen to find 3 ambient sounds that shows nothing.
Hit the search for actors tool. Type in AmbientSound.
Check out the following actors:
- AmbientSound4
- AmbientSound6
- AmbientSound8
If they contain the A_Announcer_BP2, then replace the sound file, or delete them.[/color]

A_Announcer_BP2 is from one of Epic's bonus packs - The one that AS-Outback (and AS-SubRosa, etc) is from.
Although unless these sounds are specifically being used for some purpose, they probably aren't needed.
