Spawning monsters the moment someone joins didn't work out too well on Torlan either.
There is no spawn kill in the map, because if the objective is taken by enemy (monsters), there is no chance to spawn in that area.
You will spawn in one of the obtained objective. In worse case scenario (All objectives taken by the enemy), players will spawn somewhere where monsters are not frequently be.

As has been detailed before the issue on Torlan was fixed through a "server update" related to the monster spawner code and not a "map update". The issue could affect all maps but was most visible in the open area map Torlan.
