Thanks Karma...I'll start building my autoexec.cfg file so that I can automate
some of the more mundane commands. Now if we could just get together
and attack some server as a group that would really be fun.

I've currently found a home on a great 2Fort server that usually has a lot
of people who are fun to play with. Have already had numerous "laugh
out loud" instances whilst playing...like charging full force at a level 3
sentry wall behind a heavy and just as I uber him for the final push
his minigun runs out of ammo and all you can hear is the whirring of
the barrel and the deafening "click click" of the trigger. :rabbit:

Hi everyone...and all you TF2 / Steam gurus...

I have a question / problem that I'm hoping someone might have a solution or workaround
for...

Today when I logged on to steam it said it was doing an update and then when it was
done I opened up TF2 but was unable to connect to any servers. After 2 tried I got
this error message:

The instruction at "0x00010107" referenced memory at "0x09e81701. The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program.

And it exited out of the game. I've tried rebooting my comp, but still no joy.

I'll try rebooting my router to see if that makes a difference...but I'm hoping someone
might have experienced the same problem and had a solution at hand or else it's back
to me hating steam and their infernal updates again. :(

Ah disregard the previous post...got it up and running again.

After said steam update made the game go wonkers...I had to
uninstall...then reinstall...then re-update steam and tf2. Luckily
I had backed up my config files so just had to refind all my
favorite servers.
