Unfortunately, I don't have that map.
Is it custom?

Ok, I downloaded Adobe photoshop, and followed the tutorial Brain Pan posted to the letter.
I still can't do it.

The fish now appear with a white backround once in the editor, and not even translucent settings work.

Ant, what do I have to do in Adobe photoshop?

Once I resized the image, etc... then how do I set the black backround into Alpha?

Seems like you have adobe already now. If you still want to upload them I will still have a go (can't promise any more success than you though) Off to work now so it'll be tomorrow XD

Ok, Dynadin.
I will resize the images and put a black backround on them.
Put them in a zip and upload.
I'll post the link later.

Have a nice day at work... don't work too hard... :swink:

Ok, Dynadin...

Here is the link:

I have sized 7 different images of Tropical Fish:
128x128
Black Backround
24 Bitmap

Hopefully you will do it.

Thanks.

Ok. What will be the best format to save in .png or .bmp? (Have them all with alpha channels by the way)

If it's not too much trouble, can you do a duplicate of both formats?
So we would have a Bitmap, and a PNG of each image.

Just in case one doesn't work, then we have the other.

But if you don't have the time, then Bitmap is fine.

Nice work making the alpha channel, you will have to explain later how you did it.

Could you send me copies, too. I could use some creatures to swim in my water.

Sure thing. It is early in the morning so I will upload them some point today XD

EDIT: Some point today turned out to be now. Here you go ... http://www.filefront.com/15389069/FishAlpha.zip

Oh yes. And fish7 didn't work because the black on the fish linked with the black background. But you have the first 6 XD

Be sure the fish's nose are pointing up. I've confirmed this using arrow emitters.
