Im with Namu on this, The house needs to go last time i played on it (sunday) everyone was complaining about the map saying it sucked (dont know how it won the vote if so many people were going to complain about it)

But aside from the complaining the map looks dated the superweapons make it a bad experience all round.

Low grav with vehicles is just not fun. It is great for small death maps like morpheus.

Kaeolian is right about super weapons. I can't stand them when there is a choke node. Because you spend half the map fighting over a node, you finally get it up, and some joker comes by with the deemer. And then you start all over again. If there are multiple pathways than the deemer is cool because you can work in different directions.

I totally agree with you Zeus. Superweapons suck esp. on a map that has so many of them.

I would like to add that before "The House" is creameated it will be chopped up with the "Buster" sword pictured in my avatar and would then be crushed by the AT-AT pictured in my signature. :cheers:

Ya know, I think most of my enjoyment of those two maps comes from hearing all the people complain. If those two maps end their cameo appearance then Classic Evil Dead should stop by for a visit again. Ash hasn't been around in awhile.

House rules and darkside isint so bad just takes getting use to. All maps have their good and bad points.

Wrong! Occasionally, a map stands out. Its bad, so bad that those who play it physically vomit onto their keyboards and cross themselves, lest the evil map infect their brains and bear young.

ONS-Stonehaven is one such map.

Maybe you should run it here for a night, let people truly appreciate the good maps that we have. Even if some of them are not to our particular taste there is always something good to vote for.

I had to gargle with turpentine to wash the bad taste out of my mouth after playing Stonehaven.

House and Dark will be gone soon. Some people love them, but they ALWAYS end up in a stalemate. And to top it off, Darkside favors one side a bit.

When I put them back, I had 32 people on the server. 16 people loved me and 16 people hated me.

Ahh, the glorious life of an admin.

How much money do you want to leave House on I havent played it on this server for months. Or how bought some weekend we have a Pay for play weekend and we cand send in money to play old type maps that arent on hear much???
