Maybe I could answer your question. It seem that Trowa medic level was the highest. And Unreality is catching up soon. Since Trowa is focusing more on AM. So do Redeemer.
I could be wrong though.

Realistically the only high level medics playing include, in rough order,
Trowa.MM
Unreality
Camisado
Redeemer
I think Killakat is about 180 now, so If that's considered high enough, then he's on there to. I may have left someone out, if I did, please don't feel offended.
Maybe I should play my medic more, I used to be right behind Trowa.

In my opinion i think level 200 and above are. That just ham.
Im sure there are other inactive higher level medic or other class around.
Hope to see them ingame soon.
