Banned from the Epic forums!

Wow. I have been permanently banned from the Epic forums and it hadn't even occurred to me that what I posted might be controversial or problematic.
In a forum post I'd mentioned that I had made a map called CTF-Dagnys-Tubes-of-Spam and that a reviewer described it as being "more narrow than a two year old vagina".
Without any warning or admonishment at all, I received a perma-ban with the comment, "Pedophilia is not a joke."
Wow! Is anyone reading this actually offended by such a comment and does it even suggest pedophilia? Granted it's an off-color comment, but is it really ban-worthy? I can understand having a post edited or deleted for such a comment and a warning issued to the poster, but a perma-ban for a productive member of a discussion forum with a complete lack of previous bad behavior seems a little stiff in this case, don't you think?
Sheesh, I guess some people need to turn down their sensitivity meters. It's getting to the point where we might as well just strike the already heavily-neutered First Amendment out of our nation's constitution and declare that we will have government regulated speech and that certain types of speech will be criminal.
