weapon suggestion

i made a weapon called the rail cannon
err yeah i was wondering if you could add it to the server for a test
well here is the RailCannon
new version the pickups broke for unknown reason fixed now

I just took a look at the rail gun, looks pretty cool. The only thing you may want to do (cosmetic) is in the box that shows current weapon in use, is a little pic of it, the box is just an empty square right now.
I'll add it to a map and we can test it out later on tonight on the server....

If it doesn't fire a football-sized projectile at 12x the speed of sound with such force that it ignites the air behind it leaving a trail of flames then it's not what I call a Railgun. Or at least, that's not what the Warhammer 40,000 Tau Codex calls a Railgun. We need a gun like that.

We need that to fire out of the Warhammer 40k Hammerheads on tankmeup i think it is.

new map (other weapon i made) = DM-LastGlacierBase_SL (added scatter laser) it is in plain sight yet might not be easy to see for newer players most people that will read this will see it immediately (center pillar in the map)

Totally. According to the Tau Codex (W40K) you can fire it through a tank and suck all the occupants out of a 5" around exit hole... assuming you don't instantly annihilate them with the shot itself. Make sure it has that capability. :cheers: Actually, a gun like that would be too big to hold. Just for some background, the entire reason the gun is called a railgun is because it was so huge that a rail was needed to hold it up. If there is ever any weapon like that, it would have to be vehicle mounted *coughhammerheadcough*
