For those of you who like anime, [adult swim] Fix has a treat. It looks like [adult swim] Fix is going to show the Fullmetal Alchemist series, starting with the first episode, which is up this week. (You just watch the episodes over the Internet, like a YouTube video.) Presumably they'll offer one or two new episodes, sequentially, each week. You can find it here:

(If some things don't make much sense, just keep watching, it will all come together later.)

even though the main character is a typical know it all young kid anime person, i like the show.
i think i missed a few episodes near the end of the series a while ago so this'll make it easier to catch them.

Very cool. I'm a big Anime fan. FMA is a good show, but Death Note KICKS ASS! I am so into that right now.

Any way to capture these things to the HD?

every dragonball and dragonball Z/GT episode. Some in divx and flash format. Quality is ok. definitely watchable

they even have Naruto, Yuyu Hakusho, and Inuyasha. look for the links on the right side

I just *ahem* downloaded Samurai Champloo. If you missed it on Adult Swim, it is quite good. Check it out.

Saving up to buy the complete Wolf's Rain and Cowboy Bebop sets.

i liked the first few seasons of dragonball z but i just thought the entire GT series sucked.

also, cowboy bebop is excellent. too bad whenever there's an anime series that is really short or 1 season they try to put the episodes on as many discs as possible to make more money...
anyhoo, i haven't really gotten into any new shows lately. i tried to watch death note...but there's just some shows that you can't jump into in the middle. it seemed pretty interesting though. i saw part of this one episode where there was some imposter person and it was a girl i think...and she could kill people as long as she could see them.

and slightly more on topic of fullmetal alchemist..anyone seen the movie?

I quit watching FMA about halfway through. I couldn't stand watching a TV show where the main character was Tazcrosblade...

J/K Taz. But Ed was ridiculously annoying.

You should have kept watching; the second half is pretty good.

Nah ... As a general rule, if a show doesn't draw me in during the first, what, fifteen hours I've watched it? Then it's probably not worth bothering with.
