Ventrilo Comprssor Settings - no more adjustments

If you're tired of adjusting everyone's volume individually, remove all those volume adjustments and add a compressor to the top 'Death Warrant Public Ventrilo' entry which will apply to all incoming signals. Set the compressor to the following:
