Hard drive failure. Happened to me last week. Had to get a new hard drive and now have to re-install and download EVERYTHING! Bah!

Sorry, just blowing off steam.

Sad thing about it was that I was getting ready to play when it happened.

That sucks. I just had to do that recently, but by choice, not b/c of a HDD failure. Hopefully you had backups of the important stuff you need. Only thing I really lost was time and my UT2004 stats b/c I could not rember the password I used last time.
