I doubt there is such a problem in the rest of the world but over here in the UK we have the rare breed known as the chav.

(Well they arent so rare anymore unfortunatly)

Now that you are more familiar with the chav, i would like to introduce Devvo. A chav from the north east of England, a town called Hull. This town seems to be overrun with chavs and chavettes.
