I don't know how many, if any of you are in the Mid-West but for those of you who are, I would hope to see you at the party. X-Fest that is. The X-Fest here in Dayton Ohio has been a sold out show every year for the past couple of years and it is an outside venue. Montgomery Fairgrounds is a large outside area with two stages and they have motocross with bikes flipping through the air as the bands rock out with their cah ah... Never-mind. Oh, and did I mention one of those bands will be Alice in Chains. They're back and if that doesn't make you excited, nothing will. Mudvayne and Hollywood Undead will be joining them along with many other kick-ass bands. Tickets on sale the 31st of this month. They will sell out fast, they always do.
Also check out another awesome party with another of my favs, OT3P at Woodshock! Woodshock is loads of fun. Two days of camping, fishing, and rock 'n' Roll!

I will. I'm sure it will go well, it usually does with the exception of last year when they canceled because we had that devastating wind storm that pushed over trees that crushed houses and blocked every other street. I spent weeks fixing my roof. It was a blast though. I also got a date with a girl I ran into the other day. I'm stoked about that. I figured I best not be cheap and buy her ticket but she is buying the beer and concert t-shirts... Just kidding. I guess I'll need to buy those too... Eh, o' well.

Don't get me wrong, I like stone temple pilots dude but... Eh, nah.

EDIT 2: ... and Velvet Revolver is corporate. They took lead from STP and the G&R band and slapped them together thinking it would sell like the previous bands... Nope!

70's 80's and 90's rock is what I grew up to. The long hair metal bands are and always will be my favorite music. Todays music just isnt the same. But I do like these 2 songs
