Has anyone ever speced him before? I've watched him a few times, but I dont know a whole lot about bot software, and from what Ive seen from ppl chatting you can set it at certain percentage of hits? Even the best of players here dont even come close to him.

Dunno if it's the same player (haven't played in awhile) but methinks the name Spirit is/was being used by a player formerly known as [KoNA]Moonshine. From pretty much Onslaught's beginning (and most competitive) days Moonshine has been known as an A+ player.

If it's the same guy I'd certainly advise speccing, as you'll pick up a lot of great tips. Sure sweet aim is prevalent but it seems to be more about where he puts himself --something no amount of omfghax can help you with.

He's quite good. There are a few people around here that are crack shots. I think there's been a little too much hax talking lately. It's usually quite easy to spot a bot, but if you've never seen one, I can understand the confusion.

Anyone have some links to demos of hax that we can use to educate?

As for spirit, his aim on foot isn't really anything special. However, he did hit me ~15+ shots in a row with the laser turret all the way across the map (I had my shield out and every shot hit). I don't have the best aim in the world... But I feel like I've got decent hitscan, and I've certainly played against some of the best in North America. I can safely say I've never before seen that level of accuracy (100% over at least 12 shots x3 different occasions) though...

FWIW, I hopped in the laser turret on raceway to see how many hits I could score in a row vs people on foot on the other side of the map. The most I ever managed was 3. YMMV.
