I have set up a server with this mod and it will do the following.

Auto kick for using grenade launcher or marty or any other weapon thats restricted.

Welcome messages, Bad word filter, spree messages and a ping kicker with warnings etc

Its not in the mod catagory

It should not I have been on many servers that do this on an auto basis.
