First: Giant Razor Fly
They are fast, agile and hard to kill since they fly. Useful in wave 2 to 7.

Second: Queen
they are vicious, they can teleport in front of target to get easy kill and defend well with their energy shield. Got good HP too. Useful in wave 5, 6, 8 and 9.

Third: Skaarj
Good for low level medic. Lees Hp but fast and their energy blast knockack incoming target away from them. Usefull in wave 1 to 4.

Most pets get owned after wave 10 :ssad: I want a seeker has pets :scool:

Since my WM and AM's pets are somewhat pre-chosen (based on my current adren level), I usually spawn only rock titans (150 adren). If I have less than 150 adren, whatever I spawn is usually due to activating the wrong artifact. :sdoh: Either I forgot I had a pet artifact or I picked one up without realizing it. Though sometimes if I have a pet artifact and see another lying around, I'll spawn whatever pet I can get so I can pick up the "orphaned" artifact.

Also WM pets > AM pets. WM pets are self healing since their regeneration is the same as your WM's. I'm not sure if the WM's vamp level also applies to their pets. (Maybe Wail or someone can confirm?) So overall, my WM's pets last longer than my AM's. Now if only there was a way not to kill them when shooting them with a non-healing weapon.

Cool thanks. It seemed that way considering that sometimes my WM's titans seem to get a big health boost even without external healing.

Do pets take on any other player attributes (other than the obvious DR and such)?

Off topic but it'd be cool if pets could pick up health packs, shields, etc. They could either intentionally seek them out or simply pick them up if they happen to run over them. Or how about a pet that picks up artifacts and delivers them to its master? :sbigsmile:

I've always been lead to believe pets take the characters DB and DR (as well as the adv. forms of it) and any passive skills (regen, vamp etc)

I'd have to say my favorites are:

1. Gasbag ... flying, agile, ranged.
2. Brute ... what can you say, rocket spammer.
3. Raptor ... they do look cool and they are a meat shield.

So saying that I do have a thing for pupae on wave 1. (Nothing like seeing a little bug running / crawling around killing things XD)
To bring about the end you have to start at the beginning.

The only bad thing that happen to summon charm is that pets only stay alive till the time expired. While medic pets stay alive till they get owned. :stongue:

Reason- Fast, do good damage, and hard to hit.

2. Elite Mercenary
Reason- Can actually dodge :sclapping: , do even mroe damage then razor fly, and can actually strafe! :cheers:

3. Skaarj
Reason- Agile and hard to hit, pretty good damage, and like Elite Mercenary, they actually dodge! :banana:

Yes that is a very bad feature of WM/AM pets summoned from dropped charms. Is there some reasoning behind this other than medics are the pet summoning class and IT SHALL BE SO? I'd like to see the time limit increased if nothing else as they only last a wave or so now and in any case they tend to get owned once the rocks start flying. If there are server load issues at play here or if you fear an overload of summoned pets when everyone starts using them more, lower the charm drop rate so they become a much rarer item but a much more valued one.

One other thing on the charm pets is a request to randomize what you get rather than base it on current adren level. So instead of always getting the titan at >= 150 adren, have it draw randomly from a list so you can get maybe a titan, or a queen or maybe Franky's idea with a seeker. Also would be nice to have them get better stats based on adren spent. So if you have more than 150 adren, you can use it when you choose to activate the charm and get a stronger version of the titan/queen/whatever than you would otherwise get.
