First I don't play console games. Second I didn't read the whole thing. Third they can have my controller when they pry it from my cold dead fingers.

I agree with this guy to a point, but his points about Nintendo are wrong. He contradicts himself when he says they're neglecting older gamers. What they REALIZE, is that older gamers are going to go; they just mistimed it with the GameCube, but the Wii IS geared for a new generation. They want to be physical - appeal to parents who don't want couch potatoes - and be innovative. They want to immerse mind and body with new stuff in every game. New control methods, new game mechanics.
Of course, what they'll end up doing may be much more mundane, but I'll be optimistic for now, since I may be trying to get in with them next year.
That said...pen and paper roleplaying is much more rewarding than your average single-player game. I honestly don't play that much of it anymore - I play a bit of this and that, here and there, but the vast majority of my PC gaming is UT2004 with you guys. Why? Because it's fun, and I consider a good bunch of you friends. It's my version of going out to shoot pool with the guys. :)

I'm not to much on consoles either cept for racing and street fighter if my computer is broken or something. What they dont understand is that everybody who wanted the system had bought one so there were no new sales, it doesnt mean people quit playing. I watch a good 400 to 500 games go out of our facility a day, video game crash HAH only if were playing twisted metal on the ps2.
