Here's one of my old maps I never really got into too much. The problem is that on one of the the walls, it is completely black because the lights refuse to be lit, unless I move them a little bit. This happens every time I build lighting until I move the lights a little bit. I even tried remaking all of them, no luck.

I had the same problem randomly appear for me the other day, but setting the darkened surfaces to bTwoSided fixed them instantly after rebuilding. If that doesn't work apparently lowering the value of the 'Minimize Cuts'/'Balance Tree' slider helps too.
