ME pets

In this thread i would like to dicusse pet,their bugs or sugestions. :)
My first suggestion is for Gasbag.
I actually got level 4 i have 3 things wich should be changed:
1. Damage. At level 4 one fireball do 8 dmg srsly even slith lvl 1 do more :/ for me will be ideal dmg 20-25 for fireball at level 1 so now on lvl 4 he will do like 40.
2. Projectilles. My gasbag often fly high so for most enemies is hard to hit him but theres problem when hes too high his fireball disapear before hit enemy so he become useless. Projectile range should icnreased by 50% at least also maybe their speed should be increased by 10% they seems to be slow so its easy to dodge them.
3. AI (intelligence). Never saw this happens to other pets when he fight in sky and enemy is killed he dont return to me even when i am not that far for example Bureks dragon always return to him and seems to be more aggresive then gasbag. Also yesterday happend me funny thing he was like 5 meters away from me and ignored me xD Omg saw it :D.
I am planning to max this pet i am not sure but giants gasbag fireballs disapear faster then smalls better increase range for them 2x :D. And acceptable dmg for giant fireball would be 60-80 :)

well my waillord's AI is also still far from perfect, he just doesn't stay high enough to not be hit in close combat and killed.
Burek's dragon is how a flight monster's AI should be like.
But there are still more urgent AI problems like spirits hunting deemer rockets and the incredible Brute :srofl:
As for your gasbag:
I'll admit his intelligence is impressive and may need some improvement, but for everything else, max it out and complain afterwards.
Lvl 4 queen has like 760 HP and dies within seconds while lvl 5 can take like 10 times that.
lvl 4 warlord can't hit anything
lvl 4 brute well ok its as useless as any other lvl :P
lvl 4 slith was a joke too but when elsa maxed it he got some serious pet.
the lightning dragon on lvl 4 didn't do more then 20 damage either :stongue:

I agree with azmo you should max your pet and if you still see any problem tell it, before at level 4 the slith died very easy it had like 850 hp then I maxed it and it got 2300( when healed by cap) all pets become way better when maxed, my brute is level 4 his dmg is awesome but he dies in 2-5 seconds I'll try to max it hope he get at least 1400 or 1600 hp cuz he is slow and big and takes almost all hits. The base value from the Giant Gasbag's projectile damage is: 192 (fire damage) with splash radius 230 unreal units.
The Summoning skill reduces the gasbag's damage by 1 third then amplifies its damage by 5% per level.
The configuration currently reduces all monster damage by 40%.
Assuming I haven't overlooked anything else, it should be dealing 92 damage (at the center of the blast radius).
When you test the Gasbag's projectiles, how do you do it? What monster/player are you using?

Yo i was testing it with omg on Cubes he was SkaarjTrooper.
From what omg said and i saw it was easy for him to dodge projectiles when he get direct hit it make him 8 damage when was omg shoting it it was hard to hit it when he was flying high but then he flied to high and his fireballs disapeared before hitting anything.

well you can't say projectiles are too slow just because a PM dodged them, adidaz once dodged my lvl 5 queen for almost 5 minutes and she can still kill stuff like gasbags, mantas and flies with her shots :stongue:

The queen is strong and it can hit monsters that are not smart enough to dodge but the gasbag is not one of the better monsters as i have seen it used on maps like Thrust and i expected it to do well there with the sentries but it could barely hit them and they are pretty slow. I have fought it before and dodging it is easy in fact most of the pets can be dodged pretty easily except the new shrike,wailord and dragon but i saw the maxed gasbag last time it was pretty decent i do not recall fighting it though.

nah I never saw the fat one fight either, only the small ones it spawns, guess that will need some investigation once he bought it. The gasbags did very well in the bathtub though, when you still could trans out they cleared wave 1 and 3 on their own.
But an increased attackrange wouldn't hurt any of the gasbags, not the monsters either, its pretty pathetic when they shoot at you from too far away and the flames just disappear 10m in front of you.
And for the brute, Elsa, it has 1012,5 HP :sdull:
But I also already told Ant that it needs more since his dodging capability is 0. Should be 2000HP at least.
He gets hit by everything, even Gasbags!! :srofl:

I hope the brute gets fixed soon, his intelligence still not good he get hit and he just stay still then he sees it shoots 2-3 rockets the pm gets away and again he stay still and gets killed, also he is very slow when following me, can You make him run behind me when I get a little far from him? also like azmo said its hp should be more the brute need to be a worth buying rank 3 pet. Or about change it for another pet? Like a Seeker and when maxed an Adv Seeker.

well no matter how you look at it but a seeker isn't anywhere near the Skaarj branch. :sthinking:
But if you think about the MM brutes it should be possible to turn them into little rocket turrets. I don't think it should charge at stuff at all but shoot at it as soon as it sees it.
