Hey, I just bought the game and downloaded it from GOG.com, but the server(s) say(s) I'm banned. Will an admin help me out and un-ban me please.

Hello! Unfortunately, gog.com does not provide you a unique cd-key when you purchase from them initially. They key they do give you has been identified as warez by us and many of the other UT servers still out there. However, if you contact their customer support and request a unique cd-key for online multiplayer gaming, they should provide you one at no charge. Bit sad that they make people jump through these hoops, but at least they'll "fix" their problem if asked. Once you have the new cd-key installed, you should be good to go.

new request...request multiplayer key
ask for one

they will send you a unique key to your email

download ut2004 cd key changer
use it to remove the old one and add the new one

now you can connect to any server

ps: if they send it as reg file
extract key and use "ut2004 cd key changer" to remove old key
*its better since your registry wont switch between keys at random instances (it happens)
