The Master, Dr. Who and the UT Mindset

In another posting here it was revealed that two of our forum regulars are Dr. Who fans! Imagine that! Us old folks rememberin' the Master! Got me to thinking about the show in general and I started looking at quotes on IMDB and made an interesting discovery: The Master had the UT mindset down to a 'T'!!!
"I don't know, rocket fire at long range - somehow it lacks that personal touch."
"But first things first. I've a death to arrange."
The Master: "It's always the innocent bystanders who suffer most."
The Third Doctor: " What's that supposed to mean?"
The Master: [aims pistol] "I'm afraid you're about to become the victims of stray bullets."
Totally cracked me up to find those!
And even The Doctor had a few that were pertinent to the game:
"Rest is for the weary, sleep is for the dead."
"Oh, marvellous. You're going to kill me. What a finely-tuned response to the situation."
And for you megalomaniacs out there:
"You can't rule the world in hiding. You've got to come out on the balcony sometimes and wave a tentacle."
