it said that i had to make a folder or something... and to check the address and try again... so i tryed again... and it didnt work

If you download the ZIP file ( http://www.3spn.net/downloads/3spn_v3.141.zip ), when you extract the contents of it you will see a Help folder and a System folder. Put the files in these folders in the corresponding Help and System folders in your UT2004 game directory.
