I guess that the firewall evidently will allow you through once but after that it will block all traffic.
This worked for me.

I found out that when operating with windows 7, you have to add to your .ini file [firewall] ignoresp2=1 to allow loading to proceed.
I guess that the firewall evidently will allow you through once but after that it will block all traffic. This worked for me.
