Overload Skill - Shots do random damage

New skill on the Monster Mash 3 server... Overload!
With this skill, each shot will do a random amount of damage. A headshot might do 700 damage, it might do 0 damage. It's up to chance.
The overall effect, however, is a 20% increase in damage done.
You just don't get to choose /when/ you get the bonus :).
