It seems that the DW team is growing up. Congratulations to the new DW members.
So how can you become a DW member?
What does it take?

Requirements are changing, you need to be at least level 80 on the invasion server before you can be considered. Thank god i got in before they made that stupid rule.

And don't forget the age req. That's why me and Obliv are soon gonna be the best SVAs, cuz DW is taking all the rest of you away. And I believe there's a fee that you have to pay, too. And lingerie. *shudders*

Next practice i will propose mandating provocative pictures of yourself. This will make sure we can black mail you in the event you decide you don't like us.

Yes there is a 18 and over age requirement. This way wraith doesn't talk to little boys, its required for his probation.

Joining DW is very much a two way street. We all talk about who we see on our servers, how they play, and more importantly how they act. If the captains decide it is time for some new blood, they will often bring names up and/or we all sort of convene and discuss candidates. For DW, we are most concerned with the player as a person. We all love to play and for the most part get along and respect each other as brothers and fellow players. The person "meshing" well with the group is important to us - I would think the others would say the same.

As far as specifics, Toxic does have some stone carved rules:

1. 18 and over

2. no idiots. i don't mean dumb intelligence, i mean dumb behavior. we all need to act a certain way since we are part of a team. the candidtae has to be able to be a team player.

3. no babies. when i was recruited I was told the motto "sometimes you pwn, and sometimes you get pwned." I still work hard at this - as all of us do time to time - but i like this quote. i think the clan works hard and plays hard, but also has some fun.

4. finally, no personalities similar to skaank, whurl, or FECES. God love em, but one of each is enough! (lol - JK on #4)

There is no required fee, however, donations when possible are always encouraged... speaking of... time for me to give again :cheers:

Our best advice has always been to play hard, play well, and act nice - and DWs will notice. hope this helped :thumbright:

I would also like to add "no overwhelming ego". The second we get some cocky bastard on vent who never shuts up about how he pwns all and how his ways are the best is the second he or she looses my vote.

I've always thought it would be neat to be in DW. Hopefully someday I can be considered. BTW, been away for a few. Been having some computer issues as of late.
