DM-[dw]-Kotam-Beta1

Map is a conversion of Kotam.

-Removed antiportals, replaced with some zoning
-Lowered water volume, and fluid actor so movement is easier
-Added some player starts
-Ammo respawn time
-Increased blocking volumes size so they are covering to the ceiling of the map.
-Added super adrenaline
-Added a Weapon locker and a mine layer.

Although i thought this map would be edging on fish in a barrel game play, it clearly wasn't the case. We were all killed on wave 11, lets see what happens for the next few games before i make some modifications.
